Job Summary:
This expert position requires an individual with extensive experience in designing, engineering, and developing information technology solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical consultant responsible for providing complex infrastructure assignments/projects with expert content and professional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, analysis, development, and implementation of engineering infrastructure solutions for complex business projects. This includes troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure compatibility issues based on system architecture, project requirements, and customer expectations.
Technical Expertise:
- 11-13 Years of experience is required.
- 10-15 years of experience with Service Assurance, Enterprise Monitoring and Observability technologies, including Netcool, SevOne, Dynatrace, Assure1, Moogsoft, Solarwinds, Tivoli products, Linux, AIX, Windows, VMware or other hypervisor/virtualization technologies, Ansible, Python, Powershell.
- Demonstrated experience in developing automation solutions and strong written/verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
