UX Craftsperson

Immerse yourself in crafting intuitive, engaging and visually polished user experiences. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process: research → ideation → prototyping → UI delivery, leveraging AI where it adds efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and user-centered solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity in implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing; use AI-assisted analysis to speed up synthesis of insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, accessibility (WCAG).
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision) plus comfort with AI/vibe coding tools.
• Visual design mastery (typography, layout, color, motion) combined with interaction design depth.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
