Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Memory Layout Expert to create innovative memory compilers layouts and memory Fast Cache instances layouts for next-generation Cores with exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop advanced memory layouts and configurations to optimize system performance.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent from a reputable University or Engineering School.
  • Familiarity with CMOS Transistor behaviors, CMOS logic design, and layout principles.
  • Understanding of Power versus Performance trade-offs in typical CMOS design.
  • Strong engineering skills and passion for Circuit layouts.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Experience in SRAM / memory layouts creation and backend verifications including EMIR analysis (minimum 5 years).
Nice to Have:
  • Basic programming knowledge in Perl or Python.
  • Experience working on Cadence or Synopsys flows.
