Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Parts Book Technical Author to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate and comprehensive parts catalogs content, as well as developing easily understood artwork for parts catalogs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Produce complete, clear, and accurate parts catalogs content to company standards for publication
* Assist in creating, producing, and developing easily understood artwork for parts catalogs
* Process information and data from various sources, including engineering documents, changes, etc.
* Create spare parts master data and maintain it throughout the product lifecycle
* Coordinate with parts vendors to provide technical data requirements needed for catalog publication
* Maintain phased-in and phased-out items in the parts catalog and/or material master database
* Answer technical queries from dealers, customers, and internal functions within general policy rules
* Provide assistance to MDM projects as required, such as data analysis, data cleansing, and data preparation
* Day-to-day service issues require quick fix solutions
* ECN MCN performance part book correctness and readiness (Sales Force Cases and OKTS delivery)

Requirements:
* Full-time bachelor's degree in Engineering (minimum)
* 6 years + experience of working in products technical knowledge, engineering technical skills, and systems
* Broad knowledge of the aftermarket parts business, parts catalogs, and parts distribution centers operations
* Strong skills in CAD processes and tools, preferably CREO (PTC-Toolbox)
* Strong computer skills in a variety of Microsoft Office products and specialized applications
* Programming skill is a plus
* Strong problem-solving and solutioning skills
* Resilient and strong character able to manage challenging stakeholders
* Agricultural equipment manufacturing, auto OEM, auto component OEM, and/or after-sales sector experience is a plus
* 2+ years of global experience driving enterprise-level support
* Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels globally and business management
* Flexibility in working at different time zones to participate in business meetings
* Experience of managing an effective working relationship with the business
* Certifications in CAD processes and tools, preferably CREO (PTC-Toolbox)
* Agile certifications preferred
