We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamic Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team at Propzilla Infratech Private Limited.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to handle all incoming queries generated through marketing channels, including advertisements, SMS, and online portals. The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting with clients, promoting residential and commercial properties across Delhi-NCR, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing personalized services and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of real estate market trends, competitor analysis, and upcoming developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Research and identify suitable real estate options for clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of end-to-end services, exceeding client expectations.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A graduate degree with a focus on real estate or a related field.
  • Proven experience in direct sales, project sales, or secondary sales, with a track record of achieving targets and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A quick learner with a performance-oriented approach, driven to achieve success in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a similar role, proficiency in CRM software, and a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry would be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary package, which includes a base salary of ₹20 lakhs per annum, plus incentives and benefits.
