We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing manual and automated test cases for complex AI-powered applications.

About the Role

You'll work closely with AI/ML engineers to test model outputs, APIs, and prompt-response integrity. You'll also collaborate with product managers and financial SMEs to understand use cases in the financial services domain, especially related to compliance, transactions, and customer onboarding.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and executing manual and automated test cases for complex AI-powered applications.
  • Validating the integration and behavior of GenAI and Agentic AI systems in software applications.
  • Collaborating with AI/ML engineers to test model outputs, APIs, and prompt-response integrity.
  • Defining and implementing test strategies for data quality, performance, scalability, and explainability in AI solutions.
  • Analyzing system and business requirements, identifying gaps and inconsistencies early.
