About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Meet business goals based on Annualized Premium (ANP) and case count.
- Generate new leads via natural market, referrals, and the orphan base.
- Conduct regular meetings to understand client needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
- Ensure appropriate solutions through a structured selling model.
- Maximize revenue through existing customer base.
- Resolve queries and ensure timely policy issuance.
- Maintain regular touchpoints and strong relationships with clients.
- C Coordinate with supervisors to plan and execute business strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and networking skills, have a minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, and be proficient in the regional language. You must also own a Bike and have a valid Driving License.
