Job Title:

Lead Architectural Design Process from Concept to Completion

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect who will play a key role in leading design teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing all phases of the process from concept development to construction administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Design Leadership: Lead architectural design process from conceptualisation to construction documentation, ensuring innovative and functional design solutions meet project requirements and exceed client expectations.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to understand project goals, objectives, and constraints, and conduct regular project meetings, site visits, and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any design or construction issues.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and review construction documents, including architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections, ensuring all documentation complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading end-to-end redevelopment projects.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong design skills and a portfolio demonstrating a range of project types and scales.
  • Presentation and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
