**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Greenhouse Horticulture Supervisor to join our team at Pencil Gardens. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring the quality of products, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities:

  • Oversee plant care and management in the nursery
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries
  • Lead and manage a team of horticulture professionals
  • Implement effective nursery management plans to ensure efficiency and productivity

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Nursery management and horticulture skills
  • Experience in safeguarding plants and nursery inventory
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices for plants
  • Ability to create and implement nursery management plans

**What We Offer:

Pencil Gardens offers a competitive salary package to the right candidate, estimated to be around ₹450,000 - ₹600,000 per annum, depending on experience.
