We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Immigration Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, ability to manage complex caseloads, and elite prioritization skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and edit high volumes of immigration cases with focus on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B.
  • Independently manage large caseloads while liaising with teams for efficiency and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the visa process.
  • Report progress and status of cases to legal teams and managers.
  • Liaise with governmental organizations, including USCIS, CBP, US Department of State, and US Department of Labor.
  • Support lawyers in procuring evidence, preparing supplementary documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations.
  • Showcase strategic acumen and initiative in case assignments and pinpoint delays in the process.
  • Maintain records and track cases as per policies.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of immigration experience with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
