Lead Frontend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Frontend Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling applications for diverse use cases, high data volumes, and large user bases.

You will be responsible for leading the frontend development efforts for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Mentor, support and lead a team of frontend developers.
  • Define and enforce frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, backend leads, and UX/UI teams to align on requirements and ensure seamless integrations.
  • Hands-on Development: Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks.
  • Architect and build responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications.
  • Technology Ownership: Demonstrate expertise across a broad range of frontend technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, React Native, Flutter, Ionic, etc.).
  • Evaluate, recommend, and drive adoption of new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve productivity and performance.
  • Quality & Performance: Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor application performance, conduct profiling, and implement optimizations to support large-scale usage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment across engineering, design, QA, and product teams.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong command over React and React Native is a must.
  • Working knowledge of Angular, Vue, Flutter, or Ionic is a plus.
  • Experience with state management tools (Redux, NgRx, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Webpack, Metro bundler, and version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Detox.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
