Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the future of Pega product design, identifying, envisioning, and setting product strategy for complex UX ecosystems.
  • Apply your passion for user experience to guide research and design processes, collaborating with product and engineering partners to create innovative experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and craft experiences that highlight our products' unique capabilities and personalities.
  • Help establish and drive forward a vision for low-code application authoring at Pega, overseeing the creation of exceptional design solutions for complex business challenges on our innovative platform, Launchpad.
  • Play an instrumental role in advancing 'Build', our new Authoring Design System, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Engage with stakeholders at various levels, leveraging your deep industry knowledge to influence critical design decisions and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience as a Principal UX designer, with a strong understanding of the intersections between design and technology.
  • Effective communication of design choices and championing user needs at every level of the organization.
  • Passion for exploring and implementing new technologies in ethical and impactful ways.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating solving complex problems, scaling design, and creating simple, usable, and delightful experiences.
