Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.

  • About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity to develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

  • Main Responsibilities
    • Client Strategy Development: Understand clients' business goals and objectives to develop tailored performance marketing strategies. Collaborate with clients to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and align marketing strategies to achieve these targets. Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to clients on leveraging AI-driven marketing solutions.
    • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., PPC, social media, display, programmatic). Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and tactics to maximize campaign performance. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
    • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth. Present and communicate complex performance data in a clear and actionable manner.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal product, data science, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of AI solutions. Provide feedback to product teams to help shape the development of new features and enhancements based on client needs.
    • Market Research and Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in performance marketing. Share insights with clients and internal teams to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
