Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to build and manage our marketing web properties. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Marketing team to create high-quality web experiences focusing on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.

You'll be responsible for developing engaging online experiences for our leads and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits.
  • Measure conversion, traffic, bounce, and more, providing directional suggestions to the team.
  • Make innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using observations and learning.
  • Work closely with content, design, and product teams.
  • Research the latest trends and keep track of innovations in the space.
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO, including knowledge of backlinking, keyword rankings, and constant upkeep with ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social and external platform tracking (pixels, events, and tracking scripts).
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to follow deadlines.
  • An excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
