We are a rapidly expanding tech company seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing existing front-end and back-end applications using NodeJS and ReactJS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front-End Development: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Back-End Development: Develop scalable and efficient back-end systems using NodeJS, ExpressJS, and RESTful APIs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the CTO to translate business requirements into functional features.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and debug issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring seamless deployment and basic DevOps using AWS/DynamoDB.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional experience with NodeJS and ReactJS.
  • Strong Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of REST APIs, modern JavaScript, and databases (NoSQL/SQL; DynamoDB/AWS knowledge is a plus).
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work independently while taking guidance from the CTO, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and comfortable working remotely with reliable availability.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English/Hindi/Bengali (no strict requirement).
