Design and Develop Innovative Solutions

This role offers the opportunity to design and develop innovative solutions for complex digital IC designs. Our team utilizes a detail-route-centric architecture and hierarchical database to accelerate design closure and achieve optimal quality of results at a driven runtime.

As a key member of our team, you will drive and be responsible for the development of various pieces of RTL synthesis technology, logic optimizations, RTL design IP development, and low power synthesis.

  • Guide and lead others toward successful project completion by innovating and implementing powerful solutions.
  • Collaborate with a hardworking team of experts in software development.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • A strong background in CSE/ EE/ ECE with 8-12 years of experience in software development.
  • Validated understanding of algorithms, data structures, and C/C++ programming skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Lead and encourage the team with your expertise.

Great to Have Experience In:

Developing RTL synthesis tools and working with System Verilog, VHDL, DFT, formal verification, and Dynamic Power.

Designing C or RTL IPs and optimizing RTL & gate level logic, area, timing, and power.

Proficiency in using scripting languages like Python and TCL for parallel algorithm development and job distribution strategies.
