As a seasoned professional in financial management, you will play a key role in shaping the success of our organization. This exciting opportunity is for an Audit Manager to lead and mentor a high-performing team in delivering exceptional audit services to our clients.

  • Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the audit engagement from staffing, planning, risk assessment, financial reporting, and conclusion.

  • Provide supervision and support to the engagement staff, seniors, and supervisors, promoting open communication with the engagement partner.

  • Collaborate with engagement team partners on client issue resolution and make recommendations for any legal, regulatory, or accounting issues that arise during an audit engagement.

  • Manage engagement budgets to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.

  • Requirements include a bachelor's degree in accounting or master's, with a CPA preferred.

  • At least 7+ years of public accounting experience, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.

  • Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including familiarity with US GAAP.

  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects.

  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent organizational, project management skills, strong attention to detail, and proven innovative problem-solving skills.
