About This Role

In this highly impactful position, you will oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive technical enablement strategy that aligns with our business goals. As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to create an exceptional customer experience through tailored learning interventions, content creation, and omnichannel engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the customer enablement lifecycle from onboarding to expansion, utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Developing and implementing customized learning paths that enhance customer adoption, reduce support requests, and drive value realization
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to design and deliver interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Leveraging AI-powered tools to generate engaging content, including videos, labs, ILTs, eLearning modules, and certifications
  • Managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring platforms to ensure seamless content deployment and analytics tracking
  • Conducting live technical sessions, train-the-trainer programs, and providing coaching to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborating with our field team, System Integrators (SIs), and partners to deliver tailored training solutions that meet their unique needs

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in post-sales enablement, customer education, and technical content development
  • Proven track record of driving customer success through data-driven strategies and actionable insights
  • Strong analytical skills to report on content and customer engagement effectiveness, with ability to make data-driven recommendations
  • Hands-on experience with LMS tools, instructional design, and confident presentation skills to simplify complex technical topics
  • Familiarity with cloud/data platforms, including Hive, Spark, Snowflake, Kafka, Hadoop, and bonus points for certifications in cloud/data platforms, technical writing, or instructional design

What You'll Own

  • Defining and executing the technical enablement vision across digital CX and technical enablement
  • Building customer journeys from onboarding to expansion, utilizing omnichannel learning interventions
  • Setting and tracking metrics: time to value, usage growth, support deflection, and CSAT
  • Maintaining the Voice of Customer (VoC) program - designing surveys, tracking sentiment, and closing the loop on insights
