  • Customization and Development: Leverage deep expertise in Salesforce Lightning to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and contribute to the overall success of Salesforce implementations.

  • Release Management: Manage and participate in the deployment of Salesforce releases, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Adherence to Best Practices: Stay abreast of Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and new features to ensure the implementation of cutting-edge and efficient solutions.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
  • A minimum of 6 years of hands-on development experience in Salesforce Lightning.
  • In-depth knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
  • A strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and declarative capabilities.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to various audiences.
  • Salesforce Certifications ADM 201, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, PD1, and PD2.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
