Job Title

A skilled Power Platform Developer is required to join our dynamic Pune office and play a pivotal role in shaping the digital transformation of our enterprise by designing, building, and maintaining innovative business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) with proficiency in user interface design and responsiveness.
  • Build automated workflows with Power Automate, including RPA via Power Automate Desktop, applying problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Create dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decisions with strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, and APIs.
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Azure (Functions, Logic Apps), leveraging Dataverse for secure, scalable data integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions with governance, architecture, and security best practices.
  • Provide support, troubleshooting, and documentation for deployed solutions, fostering collaboration across departments with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • BE/B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or degree in a relevant field with academic excellence.
  • 3-5 years of experience in related domain with evidence of innovation and adaptability.
