We are looking for a seasoned professional with exceptional design skills, imagination, precision, and a deep understanding of brand messaging. This role requires collaboration with our creative teams to develop engaging visuals that resonate with audiences.

About the Role:

  • Translate concepts into captivating visuals across various mediums, including digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Transform briefs into compelling visual narratives while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Work in tandem with copywriters, art directors, and creative leads to craft integrated campaigns.
  • Deliver high-quality designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that bring ideas to life.
  • Pursue innovation and experimentation with new design styles, trends, and techniques to maintain a fresh approach.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Mentor junior designers, sharing feedback and best practices to enhance their skills.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, upholding high creative standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in design or visualization, preferably within an agency setting.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling expertise.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with After Effects being a plus.
  • Familiarity with typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • The ability to receive feedback positively and refine ideas efficiently.
  • A keen eye for detail and the capacity to balance creativity with functionality.
  • An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills and a proactive attitude.

  • Motion graphics and basic animation skills.
  • Experience working on digital-first campaigns.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
