The Operations Readiness Lead is a strategic professional responsible for ensuring the readiness of our global Trade Operations teams for system-wide changes. This requires a deep understanding of Trade processes and technology, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
* Work with Business, Technology, Ops, and Agile ART contacts to understand and deliver Operations Readiness on an ongoing basis.
* Collaborate with cross-functional trade teams to drive project success.
* Develop and implement OR processes to ensure seamless execution.
* Analyze impact and provide proactive initiatives to improve operations.
* Communicate complex data insights to solve problems and drive business decisions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations/Technology roles working within a Global team with comprehensive knowledge of TTS Trade Operations & Technology.
* Proven record of strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with Agile methodology and stakeholder management/co-ordination.
* Understanding of Trade processes and Systemic Process flows.
