High-Level Quality Assurance Professional

A senior-level Quality Assurance professional will lead overall testing strategy with 9–12 years of experience in Functional and Automation Testing, ensuring high-quality delivery in Agile projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for both manual and automated testing to enhance quality.
- Implement automation initiatives using Selenium with Java, and improve test frameworks to boost efficiency.
- Manage and execute API testing for integration and end-to-end validations to ensure accuracy.
- Perform SQL-based data validation and back-end testing to verify data integrity.
- Utilize Python scripting for test data management, masking, and automation utilities to streamline processes.
- Maintain best practices to improve quality metrics and integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) for continuous quality checks to reduce defects.
- Provide guidance and support to QA engineers, track/report quality metrics, and communicate risks to stakeholders effectively.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Selenium with Java for test automation to deliver high-quality results.
- Nice to have ISTQB Advance & PMP certifications to demonstrate expertise.
- Strong expertise in API testing (Postman, RestAssured, or similar) to ensure seamless integrations.
- Advanced SQL skills for data validation and back-end testing to guarantee data accuracy.
- Hands-on Python scripting for automation and test data handling to optimize processes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.) and Agile methodology to ensure efficient collaboration.
