Video Production Lead

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of a video production team. They will oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

  • Manage and coordinate with video producers, editors, animators, and other crew members to bring projects to life.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences, providing expert advice on video production techniques and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6–7 years of experience in video production, preferably as a producer or director.
  • Strong background in supervising CGI, 2D animation, and post-production editing.
  • Good knowledge of editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
