Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver consulting assignments through hospitality, tourism, and leisure in the GCC region.

  • Lead Projects: Plan, execute, and deliver consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Define Project Scope: Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and internal governance.
  • Manage Teams: Coordinate and supervise the work of consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestones.
  • Clients: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Risk Management: Monitor project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Business Development: Support business development activities by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Economics, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms.
  • Travel: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and travel to the GCC if required.
