Mental Health Specialist

Job Overview

This role involves working as a Clinical Psychologist (Health & Wellness cum Special Educator) to provide psychological support and therapeutic interventions to students. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in clinical psychology and possess excellent research and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify emotional, behavioral, and developmental issues in students
• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Participate in research projects related to mental health and educational psychology to contribute to the development of effective interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create inclusive education plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
• Offer counseling and support services to students facing psychological challenges
• Design and deliver workshops and training sessions on mental health awareness and coping strategies for students, teachers, and parents

Requirements

• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in clinical psychology
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
• Excellent research and communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a team environment

Salary Range

The salary for this role is commensurate with experience, ranging from ₹800,000 to ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and performance.
