Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to create innovative and functional spaces across high-end residential and commercial sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural knowledge and the ability to conceptualize design concepts and layouts that align with client vision and functional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop interior design concepts and spatial planning strategies
  • Prepare accurate 2D plans, working drawings, construction details, and technical documentation using AutoCAD drafting skills
  • Specify finishes, furniture systems, lighting, and materials suited for luxury interiors
  • Curate final styling elements including soft furnishings, accessories, and artwork to enhance the design narrative
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality execution and timely project delivery
  • Present design ideas, collect feedback, and modify plans accordingly

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 3–4 years of professional experience in interior design with architectural understanding
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop is a plus
  • Strong command of MS Office, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
  • Thorough understanding of design documentation, building systems, and detailing
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and collaborate across disciplines
  • Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and time management skills
