Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality of our products meets the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
  • Monitor production lines to identify deviations and take corrective action to prevent quality issues.
  • Investigate quality-related complaints and provide solutions to resolve the issue.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including test results, deviations, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions to improve quality.
  • Assist in training staff on quality standards and best practices to ensure everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, science, or quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
