We are seeking a Product Development Expert to contribute to the growth of our D2C strategy.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing and developing components within the mechanical, electronics, mechatronics, or electric vehicle sector.

The role involves collaborating with suppliers, refining products for manufacturability, and contributing to our growing portfolio with a focus on future-ready mobility solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in sourcing and developing structural or mechanical assemblies.

This position requires experience in designing and developing automotive interiors or accessories.

  1. Design & prototype wheelchair frames, drive modules, and ergonomic components.
  2. Assist in gathering insights on market needs and consumer trends to inform product development.
  3. Engineer lightweight, robust load-bearing structures (FEA validation).
  4. Integrate motors, batteries, and control systems with structural design.
  5. Collaborate with vendors for precision fabrication and quality delivery.
  6. Conduct testing for durability, safety, and compliance.
  7. Optimize materials and processes for cost, weight, and performance.
  8. Maintain accurate documentation of product specifications, changes, and manufacturing processes. Provide regular updates to the program manager and other stakeholders.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering is required. 2–4 years' experience in product development is necessary. Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) is mandatory. Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping is essential. Exposure to EV/mechatronic systems is a plus.
