Job Description:

Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm, is seeking a skilled Manager to lead our Pricing and Promotions team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of pricing processes and compliance with financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Map operational teams to the new global pricing template with support from the GPO MTC organization.
  • Analyze operational requirements and capture feedback on the global template to share with the GPO MTC organization.
  • Train key users on the new way of working, processes, and SAP tool usage.
  • Support operational teams in the adoption process.
  • Drive the adoption of the new pricing and promotion setup.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate or Master's degree.
  • Relevant work experience in the field of commerce in a B2B organization or finance function specific to the area of order to cash - pricing and discounts.
  • Pricing and promo-related processes: revenue and margin growth, pricing and discounts management, trade marketing, sales analytics, and finance commercial control.
  • SAP, particularly experienced with pricing conditions.
  • Competence in managing and manipulating data, experienced with customer and commercial hierarchies.
  • Knowledge of forecasting principles to improve demand planning accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP pricing conditions, design, cleanup, and mapping. Able to analyze existing pricing conditions and map them towards the new price waterfall.
  • Business process management, process design, and mapping. Able to map an operational team towards a new process and support them in adopting the new way of working and use of the new pricing platform.
  • Able to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Understanding of transactional and master data. Able to support in the data mapping required for the operational team data migration.
  • Able to translate and communicate the new processes and system requirements to the operational team.
  • Able to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
