We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to lead our finance operations. This senior strategic position requires robust analytical capabilities, operational oversight, and strong business acumen.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and control functions. They will oversee the entire finance operations, including FP&A, P&L management, MIS reporting, and Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Driving the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and controlling the P&L across business units.
  • Overseeing and optimizing AP processes, including vendor payments, expense management, credit terms negotiation, and timely disbursements aligned with cash flow strategies.
  • Supervising AR activities, ensuring accurate invoicing, efficient collections, aging analysis, and minimizing credit risk and bad debts.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance & Accounting.
  • Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in financial controlling, FP&A, P&L management, AP/AR oversight, and MIS reporting.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems and financial tools.
