The Opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced Data Management Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement MDM product strategy, aligning with data strategy and governance strategy
• Design and implement roadmaps for MDM tools and technologies
• Design and implement end-to-end MDM processes and workflows
• Integrate MDM solutions with other data governance areas, such as data catalog, metadata management, and data quality
• Collaborate with business, technology, and data teams to identify MDM opportunities
• Influence MDM ecosystem across business areas
• Lead discussions at executive and senior leadership levels, using quantitative skills to inform decision-making
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders, including senior and executive managers

About You:

To be successful in this role, you'll need 12-15 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in data architecture, data modeling, and data engineering. You should have experience working with industry-standard MDM solutions like SAP MDG, Reltio, Informatica, Stibo, and Azure Cloud.
