Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cost Estimation Engineer to join our team as a Project Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing multi-disciplinary cost estimates for various projects, collaborating with project teams and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality estimates, and mentoring junior engineers to develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for medium to large-scale projects using appropriate tools and systems.
• Collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to discuss, coordinate, and resolve estimating input/queries.
• Develop and document assumptions and clarifications to ensure transparency and accuracy.
• Provide support for selection and optimization studies during project development.
• Identify, evaluate, and capture capital efficiency opportunities and estimate risks.
• Perform cost reconciliation and analysis using internal and external benchmarking data.
• Mentor junior engineers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with scope of work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of prior experience in EPC or Project Management in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of cost estimation and proposal execution.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as per business needs.
