We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our documentation team as a Junior Technical Writer.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in writing and a desire to learn more about software development, technical domains, and content best practices.

  • Create clear, accurate documentation for our software, including user guides, release notes, and onboarding training content
  • Work closely with product consultants, developers, QA teams, and other content creators to gather information and translate it into actionable documentation
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that documentation accurately reflects the software's functionality
  • Participate in peer reviews and incorporate feedback from external reviewers
  • Support software development workflow by participating in retrospective meetings and providing ad-hoc feedback to developers

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, 1-3 years of experience in creating technical content, and a strong interest in technology and the software development lifecycle.
