Job Overview :

Elixia Tech is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead the company's technological vision and execution. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for defining and driving the technology strategy in alignment with our business goals. You will lead our tech team to deliver scalable, efficient solutions, ensuring Elixia remains at the forefront of innovation in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

Develop and implement the overall technology vision, aligning it with Elixia's strategic business objectives.

Define and drive the technology roadmap for short-term and long-term growth, ensuring seamless execution.

Development and Oversight :

Oversee the architecture, design, and development of scalable technological solutions, prioritizing quality and efficiency.

Manage technology projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.

Executive Decision-Making :

Serve as the key decision-maker for all technology-related matters, driving innovation and efficiency.

Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology goals with business objectives.

Team Leadership & Development :

Mentor and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Identify and nurture talent, ensuring continuous growth and leadership development within the team.

Technology Management and Compliance :

Manage technology budgets and resource allocation efficiently, ensuring optimal usage.

Stay informed of industry trends, ensuring Elixia remains a leader in innovation, especially in the logistics sector.

Expected Skills & Competencies :

Expertise in NodeJS, ReactJS, Flutter, PHP, MongoDB, Cassandra, AWS.

Advanced knowledge of system architecture and scalable product development.

Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.

Experience in driving innovation with AI/ML technologies, particularly in the logistics industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on growth and collaboration.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Forward-thinking, with the ability to predict and adapt to industry trends, especially in logistics.

7+ years in a senior technology leadership role, leading large-scale technology projects.

4+ years managing and mentoring technology teams.

Deep understanding of the logistics industry and its technological demands.

Experience in designing and implementing AI/ML capabilities is highly desirable.

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Proven ability to manage technology budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
