Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Eyewear Consultant to join our team at Talent Fanatics Consultancy in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for clients.
  • You will work closely with customers to determine their eyewear needs and preferences, recommending products that meet their requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions is crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Consulting with clients to identify their optical needs and preferences.
  • Suggesting and selling eye wear, lenses, and other optical products to clients.
  • Maintaining stock levels and ensuring all products are stored in a clean and organized manner.
  • Adjusting products as required to ensure perfect fit.
  • Taking charge of the complete assembly of the final product, from order placement to delivery.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of optical products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
