Dental Equipment Technician

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Equipment Technician to join our service team. This role requires technical expertise and customer service skills to ensure a smooth experience for dental professionals using our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, calibration, and demonstration of dental equipment at client sites.
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
  • Diagnosis of technical issues, troubleshooting, and timely resolutions.
  • Training of dental professionals and staff on product usage, safety, and best practices.
  • Accurate documentation of service visits, repairs, and maintenance reports.
  • Coordination with internal teams for seamless client experience.
  • High customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
  • Staying updated on new product launches, technical updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, or related technical discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Service Engineer (experience in dental/medical equipment preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, installation, and maintenance procedures.
  • Effective troubleshooting and independent work at client locations.
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Frequent travel as per client requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and service documentation tools.
