Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge of electrical and control systems, with experience in estimation and design.

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, or Instrumentation Engineering
  • 1-3 years of experience in proposal engineering or related field

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate technical documents for project bidding processes
  • Organize bid initiation and review meetings
  • Lead core teams to evaluate customer requirements and produce technical responses to RFQs
  • Perform site visits to collect information and utility/facility constraints
  • Manage project sales meetings and monitor progress
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and company staff
