AI Product Engineering Lead

We are seeking a high-ownership product development expert to join our team in building and shipping cutting-edge AI-powered products at serious speed.
- Mandatory Requirements:
- You have a product-driven mindset, making tactical decisions fast and caring deeply about product outcomes – not just the code.
- You have experience with LLM/Langchain equivalent and understand the LLM ecosystem. You've built real features or products using Langchain.
- You have built agentic flows using LLMs and have gone live.
- You work seamlessly across Ruby (backend) and React (frontend), with no handoffs or silos.
- You don't rely on an elaborate API layer; you're comfortable making decisions across the stack with minimal abstractions.
- You've launched real AI apps, preferably LLM-based.
- You're hands-on, bottom-line accountable, and thrive in unstructured environments.
- Your Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product development using Ruby and React, working tightly with product and design.
- Build and iterate fast – days not weeks.
- Implement intelligent workflows using Langchain and other LLM frameworks.
- Skip the bloated API layers and get things done through smart architecture and direct integration.
- Ship high-utility features used by thousands of users.
- Bonus Criteria:
- Past experience building tools in CRM, SaaS, or automation.
- Familiarity with agents, vector DBs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
