Job Overview:

The Director of MEPF Design is responsible for leading and managing MEPF design projects, ensuring high-quality solutions that enhance occupant quality of life and meet project goals in compliance with national/international codes and standards.

  • Detailed Design:

    Preliminary DBR calculations schematics budgetary estimates. Detailed Design Brief Reports standard details new products introduction market study.

  • Project Execution:

    On-time delivery of MEPF design phases effective resolution of any design-related issues during project execution technical evaluation of vendors and products to meet quality standards manage all stages of MEPF design from conceptualization to final implementation collaborate closely with architects structural engineers contractors and other key stakeholders ensure project timelines milestones are met without compromising on quality.

  • Construction Documents:

    Release Good for construction drawings documents with complete accuracy updating the WPS tracker reviewing all design batches closures provide real-time insights into project status milestones deadlines close RFI's within 2 days updating project tracker weekly basis.

  • Compliance and Safety Documentation:

    Reports confirming adherence to codes standards safety regulations comprehensive safety audit inspection reports.

  • Training and Team Development:

    Mentor juniors with guidelines accuracy documented professional development plans training records for team members performance review reports feedback documentation adhere to design standards best practices technological advancements maintain responsibility for quality safety regulatory compliance of all MEPF designs.

  • Project Oversight and Coordination:

    Compliance Quality Assurance regularly audit inspect MEPF systems to ensure they meet organizational regulatory standards develop enforce safety protocols procedures to prevent accidents ensure safety through MEPF design.

    • Bachelor's Master's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering 6+ years experience in Plumbing Firefighting Stormwater Sewage network design large projects comprising Villas tall Residential Commercial buildings thorough knowledge applicable IS Codes National Building Code NFPA etc experience in Revit required.
