Job Summary

Implement core HR solutions with expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off & Timesheet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure EC to meet business requirements, including data models, foundation objects, and workflow management.
  • Collaborate with teams to lead EC implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and conduct workshops to understand business needs and capture requirements in workbooks.
  • Validate EC solutions against business requirements and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in EC implementation, with a strong understanding of its configuration and customization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of integration within SF Modules like ONB, Recruitment, and LMS.
  • Additional expertise in SAP HR module is highly valued.
