Job Role Summary:
Associate ConsultantThe role of an Associate Consultant is to provide support to the consulting team in various phases of a project. This involves actively participating in problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research and build prototypes to explore alternative solutions.
- Create requirement specifications from business needs and define to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
- Support configuring solution requirements on products, identify issues, diagnose root causes, seek clarifications, and shortlist solution alternatives.
- Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality value-added solutions to customers.
- Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data.
- Awareness of latest technologies and trends.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with ability to collaborate.
- Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.
- Industry domain knowledge is also required.
This role requires logical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as ability to collaborate and work with clients to identify business challenges.
