The Opportunity

As the pivotal liaison between our product management and engineering teams, you will be responsible for translating product strategy into a clear, actionable roadmap. Your primary focus will be ensuring that our development team has everything it needs to deliver high-quality, impactful features on time.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused position where you will be instrumental in the smooth delivery of our lead quality platform for Fortune 100 clients. You will report directly to the Director of Product, collaborating closely with a dedicated engineering squad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Roadmap Management: Own and maintain the product roadmap for your assigned engineering team. This includes creating, refining, and prioritizing key initiatives based on business value and strategic objectives.
  • Agile Execution: Act as the voice of the customer and the Product Manager within the sprint team. Participate in all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Requirements Clarification: Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team's questions, providing clarification and a deeper understanding of business requirements.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate effective communication between engineering, UX/UI, and the broader product team to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks.
  • Technical Empathy: Understand the technical implications of product decisions and work with the engineering team to manage technical debt and ensure sustainable development practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a product management or executive leadership role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience working directly with an Agile development team and managing a product roadmap.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear, actionable plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to unblock teams and keep projects moving forward.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science).
