Investor Relations Role

The Investor Relations Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with investors, shareholders, and stakeholders.

The key responsibilities of this position involve direct interaction with these groups to provide timely, accurate, and consistent communication regarding company performance, strategy, and market updates.

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with investors and stakeholders to provide information about the company's financial performance and market updates.
  • Support investor inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
  • Assist in organizing investor calls, earnings calls, and quarterly updates.
  • Maintain records of investor communications in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with finance, corporate communications, and compliance teams for accurate dissemination of information.
  • Escalate critical investor queries to the Investor Relations Manager/Leadership team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Freshers with 1 year of experience in voice process/customer interaction roles, preferably in BFSI, Investor Relations, or Financial Services.
  • Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, market terminology, and corporate performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Financial Communication.
  • Knowledge of stock market regulations and corporate governance.
  • Exposure to CRM tools and call management software.
