Job Title: Customer Experience Coach

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Coach to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the customer experience strategy and implementing programs to enhance customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to equip our customer-facing teams with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted initiatives to address customer pain points.
  • You will analyze customer feedback and data to inform your coaching approach and ensure that our strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  • You will maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer experience management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles or customer experience coaching/training.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty through coaching, training, and process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with customer experience frameworks, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Effort Score (CES).
