Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Creative Producer to oversee and manage the entire video production process, ensuring high-quality outputs that reflect our vision and goals. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of strong organizational skills and creative inputs, coupled with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage production calendars to align with our strategic timelines.
  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end video production logistics, providing direction when necessary.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, handling contract negotiations, onboarding, and budget management.
  • Oversee and maintain production equipment to ensure its availability and functionality.
  • Facilitate student engagement during video shoots, ensuring smooth coordination and participation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field (desired).
  • Proven experience in video production logistics and coordination.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong balance of operational efficiency and creative vision.
