Job Title:

Salesforce Project Manager - Key Roles

  • Fundamental responsibilities include leading and managing Salesforce implementation projects within the wealth management sector.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to gather business requirements and transform them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Deliver hands-on configuration of Salesforce features, encompassing flows, reports, dashboards, security, data model enhancements, and customization.
  • Oversee integrations with wealth management platforms, including portfolio management, KYC/AML, document management, e-signature, core banking, and Fintech systems.
  • Maintain control over the entire project lifecycle, from RFP to deployment and support.
  • Define and maintain project plans, sprints, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Promote data migration, data quality initiatives, and compliance efforts.
  • Ensure user adoption through training, documentation, and change management initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Salesforce developers, admins, and third-party vendors for successful project execution.
  • Deliver custom dashboards and analytics tailored for relationship managers, advisors, and compliance officers.
  • Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience with expertise in IT project management and Salesforce Platform.
  • Strong domain expertise in Wealth Management / Financial Services.
  • Hands-on Salesforce configuration and customization skills.
  • Experience managing system integrations, data migrations, and AppExchange solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
