Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Senior iOS Developer to join our team at Rooter, India's largest Gaming and Esports Content to Commerce platform. As a Senior iOS Developer, you will be responsible for designing and building advanced applications for iOS platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest quality of our mobile applications.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and build advanced applications for iOS platforms communicating with our servers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance and maintenance
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
  • Translate design and requirements into high quality code and mock-ups into fully functioning features
  • Provide estimates on development cycles
  • Operate in a hyper-collaborative way and follow these guiding principles: Value common sense and simplicity over complexity, make decisions quickly and move nimbly, celebrate diverse ideas, Succeed and fail together as a team
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

Required Skills:


  • Minimum 6 years experience in iOS development
  • Demonstrated deployments of consumer-facing mobile apps in Apple Store using Swift
  • Knowledge of Objective-C is a plus
  • Knowledge of database concepts, database-driven Web applications, Ability to be adapt to the startup culture, handle multiple competing priorities, meet deadlines, manage risk, and troubleshoot problems
  • Experience in mobile usability concepts and UI design
  • Solid understanding of full mobile development life cycle
  • Experience with ReactiveCocoa, GraphQL, Apollo, Cocoapods
  • Good command of XCode and other tools
