Visual Standards Expert

As a Visual Standards Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality visual content and leading process improvements to enhance performance and client satisfaction.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain high visual standards (realism, lighting, layout)
  • Monitor editor work, track rework trends, and lead corrective actions
  • Collaborate with trainers to upskill based on real data
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), streamline workflows, and optimize editing without compromising quality
  • Improve Jeeves scores, reduce rework, and promote internal editing adoption
Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in virtual staging
  • QA or team lead experience
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Blender, and 3DsMax
  • A data-driven mindset and strong visual feedback skills
  • A degree in Architecture, 3D Product Designing
