ARAS PLM Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ARAS PLM Consultant to support our organization's goals.

About the Role:

  • Data Migration: Migrate data from OnePDM into ARAS OnePDM for Microsoft devices and integrate with TeamCenter and PDM2, ensuring seamless data transfer and minimizing disruptions.
  • Snap On Diagnostics: Develop bulk excel import files into project applications and databases using console applications. Files import into Database using SSIS packages and run SQL scripts for data enhancement, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document Management in ARAS PLM: Manage different types of documents, including customizations, workflows, lifecycle, and permission development, maintaining organizational consistency and regulatory compliance.
  • ARAS Technical Documentation: Develop XML Schema and CSS for technical documents, enabling the technical writers team to create technical documents in ARAS tool and publish in XML, PDF, or HTML format, facilitating efficient documentation management.
  • Data Modelling and Simulation: Create data models for 1GW Rules Engine and 1P Tactic projects. Interact with CoreDef and CoreAll datasources using Microservices APIs, involving various customizations, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • NXP Semiconductors INDe Track: Implement ARAS CICD pipeline for deployment. Work on SQL Reports using Report Builder to create RDL files. Participate in the Epic Year End process, involving phases 1-4, ensuring timely completion and quality results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ARAS PLM implementation and customization
  • Strong understanding of data migration and integration concepts
  • Familiarity with Snap On diagnostics and console application development
  • Excellent document management and version control skills
  • Ability to develop XML schema and CSS for technical documents
  • Experience with Microservices APIs and data modeling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
